Hwthorn provides creative, design, and event services, including but not limited to styling, interior design, and event planning. All services are subject to availability, confirmation, and agreement in writing.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only after a signed agreement and receipt of a deposit.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed.
  • Full payment must be received by the dates specified in your agreement.
  • Payments can be made via BACs transfer ~ details will be provided in the agreement.

3. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Fees may apply for late cancellations or changes.
  • Hwthorn reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, you will be offered a refund or alternative date.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding the event, location, and any requirements.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, permits, or approvals for the event.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All creative materials, designs, images, and content produced by Hwthorn remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • Clients may use images of the event for personal purposes; commercial use requires written permission.

6. Liability

  • Hwthorn will take reasonable care in delivering services but is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Hwthorn is not liable for issues caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Privacy

  • Client information is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom

9. Changes to Terms

Hwthorn may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
